Returns and Refunds Policy
At Magnedos, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the custom-made nature of our products, our return policy is limited. Please review the details below.
30-Day Limited Return Policy
We have a 30-day limited return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return only if the product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description. We do not accept returns for custom products based on preferences or change of mind.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description.
- All items must be returned in their original, intact packaging and must not show signs of use.
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on image quality if the photo provided was of low resolution. We print in the highest possible resolution but recommend uploading high-quality images for the best results.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hellomagnedos@magnedos.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product showing the defect or issue
- A brief description of the problem
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hellomagnedos@magnedos.com if the item is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect (wrong item received)
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom-made products unless they are defective or damaged.
- Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges due to the custom nature of our products.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us for a replacement or refund.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund is approved.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 21 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hellomagnedos@magnedos.com.
